With various options (including chair-based practice), Collective Being facilitators will offer a range of mindfulness and movement practices that can be integrated across daily life to support more spaciousness, reduce feelings of overwhelm, stress and anxiety and restore a sense of flow within the body. Drawing inspiration from the library, facilitators will also integrate poetry into the session.
Collective Being is a not-for-profit organisation founded on the principles of trauma-sensitive care and mindfulness that delivers high quality and impactful body-based programs for mental health across the Kulin nation.
