Previous entrants who did not receive a Melbourne Award are eligible to re-enter the awards. Past winners may not enter for a period of two years after receiving a Melbourne Award.
You may not enter the same contribution / project in more than one category. You must choose the category that is most relevant to the nature of your entry. For a detailed summary of each category please see

Yes, entrants can be self-nominated.
The judges are an independent panel of Melbourne-based business professionals who are highly experienced and respected in their fields and represent a variety of industry sectors.
A maximum of three representatives from the organisation/project can attend the interview with the judges.
All entrants will be notified by email by early October 2023.
Finalists will be contacted via email by early October 2023 and advised of next steps. All finalists will be required to participate in the filming of a video interview and photoshoot which will be used for the Gala Awards Ceremony and for marketing and promotional purposes.
All finalists receive two complimentary tickets to the Gala Awards Ceremony. Additional tickets can be purchased closer to the event.
