                    The Assembly Hall is a versatile space located at the back of the Boyd building.

                    This room is suitable for meetings, conferences, performances, workshops, passive recreational activities and celebrations.

                    ​The following fees apply: 

                    • commercial/private: $63 per hour
                    • community/not-for-profit organisations: $12.20 per hour.

                    ​Room hire is available 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm (excluding public holidays).​

                    How to book

                    Make a booking online or download the booking request form below.

                    Once we receive your booking request, we will provide you with a booking confirmation email with information on costs, inductions, building access (including after hours), security, cleaning and technical support. An invoice will follow separately. Payment can be made via the online payment portal, we only accept payment by Debit/Credit Card.​​

                    Once you have applied for a booking you have accepted our terms and conditions.

                    Please read our terms and conditions and policy below before making your booking.

                    Please use our online booking form to submit your request. If submitting a regular or recurring request, please be aware that bookings are limited to 15 hours per month, per hirer, and that certain spaces or times may not be suitable for recurring bookings.
