                    Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria

                    Recreation is a very important part of life for all people. Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria assists people who have low vision or no vision to take part in a wide variety of sports. Assistance can also be provided with finding volunteers.

                    Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria was established in 1977 and is the state parent sporting association currently representing a variety of sports.

                    Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria are members of the Australian Blind Sports Federation through which national and international competitions are organised. This enables legally blind competitors to take part in state, national and international events such as the paralympics and world  championships.
