An exhibition of the City of Melbourne's art and heritage.

                    2003

This exhibition displayed some of the little-known items from the collection of the City of Melbourne. It comprised unusual items from Melbourne's past, such as the brick collected in 1888 from one of Melbourne's first European houses, as well as items representing the city's highpoints, such as the 1956 Olympic Games.

It included the rarely-exhibited Lord Mayor of Melbourne's robes and chains, and early architectural plans of Victorian buildings, as well as a selection of numismatic items marking various significant events.
