                    Disclosures about Councillors must be made directly to the IBAC or the Victorian Ombudsman.

                    Disclosure options are set out below.

                    Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC)

                    Telephone IBAC on 1300 735 135 to request a form be sent to you.

                    Complete the IBAC secure online form.

                    Download a complaint form from IBAC and return by email, fax or post.

                    Disclosures about Council staff can also be made to IBAC or made to any one of the following Council Officers appointed to receive disclosures:

                    Disclosure guidelines

                    The 'Public Interest Disclosure Procedures' are comprehensive guidelines which explain in detail the system for reporting disclosures of improper conduct by Council or its employees. The Public Interest Disclosure Procedures are available for download below.

                    If Council believes a disclosure may be a Public Interest Disclosure made in accordance with the Act, it will notify the disclosure to the IBAC for assessment. The IBAC will then deal with the disclosure.
