Recording meetings

Meetings of the council and its committees are recorded in order to make sure the minutes are accurate. They are destroyed after the minutes are confirmed or six weeks after the meeting, whichever is later.

The recording is done according to the following guidelines adopted by Council on 26 April 2005 for the recording of council and committee proceedings.
