Submissions (Section 223) Committee

To:

• consider any written submissions received in response to a public notice issued under delegation by the Chief Executive Officer or a member of Council staff inviting submissions on a proposal (“Proposal”) in accordance with section 223 of the Act;
• hear any person wishing to be heard in support of a written submission received in respect to a Proposal at a meeting of the Submissions (Section 223) Committee, meetings to be held (when required) on the first working day in each month of the year commencing at 3.00 pm at the Melbourne Town Hall Administration Building; and
• report back on each Proposal considered with recommendations to the Council through the appropriate Special Committee of Councillors of the Council.
