Damien, Geoff and Neil Prosser – Prosser's
From humble beginnings, the Prosser family have been selling fresh seafood to the people of Melbourne since 1931.
In the almost 90 years since three generations of Prosser's have dedicated their lives to the seafood industry and have seen firsthand the changing face of Melbourne.
The business was started by Robert and Essie Prosser and was then passed on to their sons Robert and Donald. Today, third-generation owners Geoff, Neil and Damien continue the tradition of providing quality seafood from their shop at the famous Queen Victoria Market.
