On behalf of the Victorian Government, the Level Crossing Removal Project is removing eight more level crossings on the Upfield Line by 2027, including the boom gates from Park Street, Parkville.

The project will build an elevated rail bridge that will continue into Royal Park, removing the existing train line and boom gates.
