Training programs and support

We know it can be a little overwhelming walking into any gym. So we have a program to help you get started, grow confidence, feel comfortable, build relationships and most importantly know where to go if you do need anything else on your fitness journey with us.

Navigating a new gym can feel daunting, but our tailored program is designed to guide you, boost confidence, foster comfort, nurture relationships, and, most importantly, provide assistance throughout your fitness journey with us.

1. Health and Success planning consultation

In your initial Health and Success planning session, spend 60 minutes with our qualified gym staff to:

  • delve into your current health and fitness routine, addressing any health conditions or concerns
  • conduct a Functional Movement Screen with 7 body-weight exercises to assess mobility and movement.

Please wear suitable gym attire. Our staff will craft a personalized fitness program to propel you toward your goals, suggesting group exercise classes as well.

Take this exciting step toward a healthier you.

2. Exercise technique and program walkthrough

Gear up and bring your towel for the Exercise technique and program show.

Our staff will guide you through your tailored program, ensuring comfort and confidence with gym equipment.

Learn proper exercise techniques and machine setups.

After this session, feel self-assured to pursue your program independently. Our trainers are ready to assist if you have questions.

3. Program check-in

Take a quick check-in with our gym staff to ensure you're on the right track and answer any questions about your health and success plan.

4. Program review

Every 8 weeks, undergo a re-assessment and review of your training program.

Our trainers will discuss ways to challenge you further, providing an opportunity to reflect on your progress and re-focus on your goals.

Stay motivated on your fitness journey with this regular review.

Book an assessment

1. Book an initial assessment

You can book an initial assessment with our gym instructors online or by visiting us at reception. The assessment will go for approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

They will assess where you're at, discuss your health and fitness goals and design you a personalised program to help you achieve your goals.

2. Book a re-assessment

You can book a re-assessment with our gym instructors online or by visiting us at reception. The assessment will go for approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Our gym instructors will evaluate your progress and make any required adjustments to your program and answer any questions you may have. We recommend a re-assessment every 4 to 6 weeks.

How much is an assessment?

Assessments are free for members with gym access and non-members will be charged. Prices vary so please chat to us to discuss your options.
