How do I update my personal and direct debit details?
To update your information, please visit our Guest Experience team or login to your client portal and update your preferred payment details under the ‘Account’ tab.
Suspend your membership
Melbourne City Baths membership may be suspended for a minimum of five days and must be arranged prior to the start date of your suspension period.

You can suspend your membership if you are unwell for any period of time by providing a medical certificate with start and end dates.
Cancel your membership
If you wish to cancel your membership at Melbourne City Baths, please complete our online form with at least a notice of 14 days.

Flexi members will be debited fortnightly according to the following schedule during the 2023-24 financial year.

A replacement membership card or wristband costs $5.20 and can be purchased with our friendly Guest Experience Team at the front desk.
No, individuals are required to sign up to their own membership. Upon signing up, a membership photo will be taken to ensure members are not sharing their membership with others.
