How to book
Complete the
online booking form, or download and submit the form below. if you wish to claim the community rate, complete the community use application form.
You will be notified of your application's outcome within 10 working days of us receiving it. We advise that you submit your application as far as possible in advance of your desired date/s to avoid disappointment.
Our meeting rooms are in high demand. To make bookings as fair as possible, we may not be able to accommodate all requests or guarantee ongoing bookings for groups from year to year.
Please read our terms and conditions and policy before making your booking. In addition to our venue conditions of entry and room hire terms and conditions we require hirers, whose bookings are two hours or longer in duration, to have a COVIDSafe Plan in place. Upon submitting your booking form you may be asked to submit your COVIDSafe Plan. Further information can be found on the Victorian Government COVID-19 website.
