Conditions of hire
- The Activities Room is only available for hire during Library at The Dock business hours.
- There is no technical support provided during bookings.
- The hirer is responsible for set up and pack down of the venue.
- Venue hire is limited to 10 hours per week or 15 hours per calendar month.
- The venue is not available for hire on public holidays.
- Payment is only accepted by debit/credit card and can be paid through the online bookings portal.

Once we receive your booking request, we will provide you with a booking confirmation email with information on costs, inductions, building access (including after hours), security, cleaning and technical support. An invoice will follow separately. Payment can be made via the online payment portal, we only accept payment by debit/credit card.
If submitting a regular or recurring request, please be aware that bookings are limited to 15 hours per month, per hirer, and that certain spaces or times may not be suitable for recurring bookings.
