Once we receive your booking request, we will provide you with a booking confirmation email with information on costs, inductions, building access (including after hours), security, cleaning and technical support. An invoice will follow separately. Payment can be made via the online payment portal, we only accept payment by debit or credit card.
If submitting a regular or recurring request, please be aware that bookings are limited to 15 hours per month, per hirer, and that certain spaces or times may not be suitable for recurring bookings.
