This permit is for performances that aren’t eligible for other busking or street trading permits but are otherwise entertaining, engaging, create a sense of curiosity and interest, and include selling in the public place.

Examples of performance types considered for this permit include:

                    • portraiture
                    • caricature
                    • spray-painting vinyl records
                    • typewriter poets
                    • balloon twisting.

Dangerous goods are not permitted to be used by holders of street entertainment permits.
