Overview

As part of our efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, and pursuant to the provisions sections 394 and 395 of Local Government Act 2020, physical attendance at Council and Committee meetings by members of the public will be limited in accordance with State Government public health guidelines.

If you wish to attend this Committee meeting in person, please email your expression of interest, including your telephone number and confirmation that you are double vaccinated, to com.meetings@melbourne.vic.gov.au. Expressions of interest open at 2pm on the Thursday prior to the meeting and close at 10am on the day of the meeting. A member of staff will then contact you to advise the outcome of your request. Physical attendance will be assigned on a first in, first served basis.

In accordance with Council's Governance Rules, all written submissions/public questions and registrations to verbally address the Committee must be made by 10am on the day of the meeting.
