Bootcamp

If you are looking for serious results and maximum fun, then bootcamp is for you. 

Bootcamp style training is a great way to get maximum results fast and boost your motivation.

Our programs are run by qualified personal trainers to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a challenging but fun group environment.

There's not much I would change about boot camp.  There's scope to push yourself if you want to. And I also think that there needs to be variation in the level of difficulty between classes because if you always had to go at 150% you might think three times before getting out of bed in the morning!
 
It's been great. I think my fitness has improved out of sight (for me, that is) and I've seen a bit of weight loss (a couple of kilos) too, which is nice.

I am really enjoying Boot Camp, even though it may not look like that from where you're standing!  I wouldn't push myself that much if I were to do exercise on my own, or probably even get up early enough to do it, so it is a great motivator.
 
I am enjoying the varying exercises at each session, which means not knowing what to expect or 'dread'.
