The NMRC is managed by the City of Melbourne. It is comprised of a brand new state of the art gymnasium and stadium open year round, as well as seasonal aquatic facilities.
The facility aims to provide the local community with a quality aquatic and recreation centre. to the North Melbourne Football Club and Fencing Victoria.
