MCB Bootcamp is a five week group training program designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Sessions focus on every component of your fitness including strength, aerobic fitness, agility, flexibility, power, endurance and speed.
Commencing: Monday 30 January
When: Three mornings a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
Time: 6.15–7.15am
Cost: Members: $99; Non-members: $149 + 5 Club Visits (valid throughout the duration of bootcamp)
