Inner Melbourne Action Plan

The Making Melbourne More Liveable - Inner Melbourne Action Plan  was launched in 2006. The plan is part of a regional approach for implementing the State government's Melbourne 2030 strategy.

The plan is a collaboration between the councils of Melbourne, Port Phillip, Stonnington (west of Kooyong Road), and Yarra in association with VicUrban and the State Government.

It provides a framework for the future growth and development of the inner Melbourne region. Its aim is to make the area more vibrant, liveable, accessible and creative.
