Display locations
The Melbourne Visitor Centre at Federation Square and the Melbourne Visitor Booth in the Bourke Street Mall are open seven days a week. These facilities provide information on all Melbourne has to offer to international, interstate and intrastate visitors and locals. The services are the starting point for the ultimate Melbourne tourist experience. Over one million tourists use the two services each year. See the user profile of the services.
You can promote your tour, attraction or event directly to visitors at these tourist hubs. Opportunities include brochure display space, super banners and light box displays, floor display space, desk rental and external billboards.

Educate our volunteers
With more than 300 people working across our tourism services, our volunteers are well placed to help communicate your message to visitors. Tap into our volunteer network by:
- presenting your tourism product at one of our quarterly forums
- providing our volunteers with an opportunity to experience your tourism product through a familiarisation
- promoting your tourism product by making a written contribution to our monthly Volunteer Newsletter.
