The Melbourne City Council established Enterprise Melbourne to drive economic development for the city through supporting existing business growth, as well as attracting new local and international investment.
A high-level Enterprise Melbourne advisory board, chaired by Lord Mayor Robert Doyle, guides economic development priorities and activities.
Drawn from Melbourne’s business community leaders, board members provide business experience and skills, relevant network connections, innovative thinking, and passion for Melbourne’s future prosperity and its role as a major international city.
The advisory board meets quarterly.
