Staff

Chief Representative, Dr Wei Chaoyi, has more than 34 years experience working in both the private and public sectors of China and Australia. This has provided Dr Wei with a profound understanding and appreciation of government and business practices of both countries. Dr Wei has extensive networks, contacts and effective relationships or connections – known in Chinese as guanxi – across a number of key sectors.

Project Manager (Business and Trade Development) is responsible for facilitating two-way business cooperation between the two cities. The manager assists clients in the identification of trade and export opportunities and maintains an extensive and active business network throughout Tianjin.

Project Manager (Education and Government Relations) is responsible for facilitating programs and exchanges in areas of civic, education, culture and sports between the two cities. The manager fosters productive and positive ongoing relationships with government agencies, communities, cultural and educational organisations.
