Robot Story Time

Artists: Cake Industries

Meet Radius - a tired and weathered old humanoid robot from the future!

Radius has stories to share with you, silly songs to sing with you and characters to show you on his robot screen. Oh… and he’s also got some fun quizzes and bad jokes too! Don’t miss your chance to see into the future and find out a bit about technology along the way in this original show.

Robot Story Time is part of Robot Road Trip, a mobile arts technology experience that travels across Australia and internationally to connect young people to the world of creative robotics and new media arts in a fun and interactive way.

Sounds like Somewhere

Created by Jessica Wilson and Jordan Crugnale, with compositions by Rodolphe Blois

Enter a room where everything hangs in the air.

Is this under the sea?

…Or high up in a forest of trees?

Twist, tie, thread, stick and peg. Make shapes and hang ribbons to build a world of colour.
And listen to the sounds that change the way you look at the landscape all around.

This is a creative and contemplative sound and visual installation set under a large child-sized ceiling.  Different sonic worlds are experienced as you move through the space and add your own creations to a shifting hanging world.
