School bookings

Public bookings
All bookings for workshops and performances for the ArtPlay Spring program and beyond must be done online via this website.
Simply click on the Book Now button beside the workshop or performance you wish to attend, then select the number of tickets (children) you are booking for (a maximum of four per transaction) and finally go through and make the payment.
No need to print your receipt, as we will have your name on our door list on the day. If you wish to record the transaction, please write down the receipt number.
Payment
Online, you must pay with a credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card.
If you do not have one of these, please call ArtPlay and we can make a booking on your behalf if there is still space available.
Free events
For most free events, you do not need to book. Just check the workshop details and arrive at ArtPlay on the day to join in the fun.
For free events where bookings are required - i.e. ArtPlay’s Big Draw and E-Art Kids - bookings are to be made via the website by clicking the 'Book Now' button. No payment is required.
Waiting list
If a workshop or performance is sold out, please call or email us to join the waiting list. There are often cancellations and we are happy to call you if these arise for the workshop you wish to attend.
Just tell us the name, date and time of the workshop you wish to wait for and your child’s full name and all contact details.
