The Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) requires our CEO, Councillors and any officers nominated by the CEO (or delegate) to complete Personal Interests Returns.
The CEO (or delegate) has the power to determine which Council staff are nominated to submit Personal Interests Returns based on the nature of an officer’s job, including but not limited to their financial and other delegations.
Section 135 of the Act requires Council to publish a summary of the most recent Personal Interests Returns which have been lodged with Council.
