From Friday 3 February 2012 unrestricted and unconditional access to Swanston Street will cease permanently.
To apply for authorised business vehicle access to Swanston Street you will need to complete a permit application for review by City of Melbourne.

3 Feb 2012: Horse Drawn Vehicles will no longer be permitted to travel along Swanston Street.
However, City of Melbourne has provided customer pick up locations as detailed in the adjacent column.
