How does the system work?

The parking is reserved by placing a sign over the existing parking signs. These signs will be padlocked so they cannot be removed. You must then park between these signs to be legally parked. At the end of the reserved time the signs will be removed. You must not remove the signs yourself.

What can I expect when I arrive at the reserved site?

Your reserved parking will be between clip-on signs over the existing parking signs.

If the area you have reserved does not have these signs then please contact the Permits and Approval team on (03) 9658 9658. You will then be directed to park in the next legally available parking bay.

What should I do if someone else is parked in my space?

You should immediately contact us on (03) 9658 9658 or after hours on (03) 9658 9638, quoting your permit number.
