What to do if you receive an infringement notice
- you have 28 days to pay the fine

How to pay your fine
There are several payment options which include the following:
Online
Visit our online payment service for credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard only).
This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week commencing three days after the date of the fine.

By phone
Call 1300 130 453 to make a payment (Visa or Mastercard only).

By mail
You can make a cheque payable to:

Please write the infringement notice number clearly on the back of the cheque.
In person
You can make a payment in person at the cashier's desk at Melbourne Town Hall, located at 90-120 Swanston Street, between 7:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
You can also present your infringement notice or penalty reminder notice at any post office to make a payment.
