Melbourne Library Service offers free wireless internet access at all of its libraries including the Access point at Docklands Hub.
Please remember to secure your laptops and other items when in the library to prevent them being stolen.
Because each computer is unique, the Library staff are not able to offer personal technical assistance with the configuration of your equipment.
Information to access the Wireless (Wi-Fi) at City Library
To access Wireless (Wi-Fi) from your wireless device e.g. "Laptop, smartphone, iPad" in the City Library, simply search and connect to the Wireless network named "Melbourne Library Service". Open your preferred browser and our login screen will appear. Once you have read and accepted our "Terms and Conditions" enter your library card number or alias and pin.

To access Wireless (Wi-Fi) from your wireless device e.g. "Laptop, smartphone, iPad" in the North Melbourne Library, East Melbourne Library and Docklands Hub simply search and connect to the Wireless network named "Unwired Free Internet". Open your preferred browser and the launch page will require you to answer a couple of questions and agree to the "Terms and Conditions".
