Green roofs, walls and facades are some of the City of Melbourne’s latest tools in the work to adapt our city to climate change.
They help cool hot cities, reduce storm water drainage, provide a layer of soil-like material and plants, and help insulate buildings all year round. Having green roofs, walls and facades enhances our urban landscape, creating social and leisure environments.
