InterCom3 Student Committee

Established in October 2008, InterCoM3 is a committee of young people made up of local and international students as well as staff from various organisations.

The committee is responsible for organising the Lord Mayor’s Student Welcome, including developing the event concept and content, as well as marketing and promotion.

To be part of this committee, you will be required to attend meetings (usually after 5pm on a weekday) beginning November 2010. The next Lord Mayor’s Student Welcome is scheduled for Saturday 5 March 2011.

Freeza Committee

Want to learn about music and gigs for young people? Want to develop skills in event planning, management and media? At Signal they are gearing up for Melbourne Music 2010. Mushroom Marketing will be using Signal as a media hub for the duration of the Melbourne Music event and there are loads of opportunities to get involved in media, stage production, event management and performance.

The committee meets every Monday afternoon from 4.30–6pm.
