Melbourne is a fast growing city. It is a challenging time for the City of Melbourne, as it is our responsibility to make sure community infrastructure is in place to accommodate the rapid expansion in the municipality now, and into the future.
The Community Infrastructure Implementation Framework gives an overview of short, medium and long term timeframes, corresponding to the Council Plan cycle, for community infrastructure projects in neighbourhoods across the municipality, together with likely funding requirements and partnership opportunities
This Framework acts as a tool which will guide how the City of Melbourne plans, assesses and decides upon future community infrastructure projects.
