All applicants are required to submit a signed Application for planning permit form, along with any items indicated in the Planning Permit Application checklist.

Due to the time and resources required to effectively process a planning application, a fee must be paid in accordance with our fee schedule.

Planning permit applications can be lodged in person, online through SPEAR Planning or by mail.
