Arts and participation projects

Open to: artists, arts organisations and non-arts based organisations, communities and groups.

Grants for: arts projects that actively involve professional artists in creative collaboration with communities.

Grant value: up to $10,000 for research and development or $25,000 for presentation.

About Arts Participation Projects

Arts and Participation Projects grants support arts projects that broaden access to arts experience through creative collaborations between professional artists and communities across all art forms.

Arts projects that explore and critically reflect on emerging social issues will also be considered. Two funding streams are available:

  • up to $10,000 for research and development: scoping new project ideas and developing participatory arts projects
  • up to $25,000 for presentation: project development, delivery and outcome.
