Availability of Council and Committee meeting papers
In keeping with other capital city councils, Melbourne City Council has reviewed the availability of reports and at its meeting on Tuesday 25 May 2010 Council resolved to make Council and Committee meeting documentation available to members of the public electronically, via Council’s website, and in hard copy for inspection at Front Desk, Town Hall Administration Building, 120 Swanston Street, by noon four calendar days prior to a scheduled meeting. As most Council and Committee meetings are held on a Tuesday, reports will be made available to the public by noon on the Friday before the meeting.
